Let's drive Ebbetts Pass Scenic Byway CA-4, heading over the Sierra Nevada Mountains from Markleeville, CA to Angels Camp and Stockton. Views from the Everly Falls and Kinney Reservoir with Ebbetts Peak at an elevation of 9,160'. The road is very narrow with hairpin turns, RVs and trailers are not permitted.
