Without knowing much about it, we decided to take a chance and visit Lake Catemaco. There aren't many YouTube videos about it—and none in English—yet it seemed like a beautiful "hidden gem" in the rainforest of Veracruz. Here's a sneak peek at what we experienced there. Obviously we don't cull or control the deer in any way, but the huge debate still rages across Scotland about numbers being totally out of control and the damage overgrazing does to trees, and the landscape.
