LOCOMOTIVE 3801 STEAMS AGAIN! 🤩 On Saturday 28 March, we had the pleasure of steaming locomotive 3801 for the first time since receiving its shiny new coat of paint. 🚂🌫🌫🌫 Steam locomotive 3801 heads diesel-electric locomotives 4201 and 4501 as the triple-header powers through Bethungra in southern NSW, on the way to Junee ahead of the final leg to Albury. Nearly 60 years after being withdrawn from service, the newly restored locomotive 3801 passed through Junee today on route to Albury for the Easter long weekend.
