Did you know there are four Looff Carousels still in existence today? Ours in Spokane is particularly special. Charles Looff, a Danish woodworker, hand-carved around 40 carousels in the early 1900s. In 1907, he traveled to Spokane to create a carousel for Nat Park, meticulously carving all 54 figures in Providence, RI, using Basswood.
