Today in Cairo, the British Council opened a regional Deep Dialogue bringing together senior higher education leaders, policymakers and practitioners from across the Middle East and North Africa. Over the next three days, we will explore how transnational education (TNE) can support national development priorities, strengthen higher education systems, and deliver meaningful outcomes for students across the region. Through an open exchange of expertise and experience from across MENA and the UK,
