One of my favorite things to do in Nassau is skip the overcrowded (kinda gross sometimes) public beaches and do a resort day pass instead. This provides *private* beachfront access, along with the use of amenities like loungers and umbrellas, towels, etc. (I *hate* dragging around towels off the cruise ship).
