This hike in upstate New York is gorge-ous This is the Gorge Trail in Watkins Glen State Park located in upstate New York. This hike is a must do with its 19 waterfalls, 800 stone stairs, and 7 stone bridges. You’ll even walk behind a few waterfalls on this out and back 2 mile trail. While you can continue hiking into the gorge deeper, hiking one mile into the trail will show you the most impressive waterfalls.
