Our trusty dermatoscope can help us with this, though we need to use it unconventionally. If we fix the dermatoscope on top of this mole and then move the dermatoscope around, the mole wobbles and dances! This so-called ‘wobble sign’ (yes really - Drs are simple creatures 😆) helps confirm that a spot is a benign
