One of the most misunderstood seafoods is definitely the geoduck clam. These might not be the most visually appealing but they are actually pretty tasty- and sooo easy to prepare! The texture has a slight crisp to it and the flavor is sweet and briney. Sometimes I get hints of cucumber with it!The process of cooking geoduck is so simple- all you have to do is boil it for 20 seconds the shock in an ice bath. This loosens up the outer skin making it easier to remove- again not a glamorous process
