Homemade Cracker Jacks are so simple but really quite delicious! 1 cup butter 2 cups brown sugar 1/2 cup honey or agave nectar 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp vanilla extract 15 cups popcorn 2 cups shelled peanuts Combine all ingredients in a pan on medium/hi heat and bring to a boil. Let boil for 3-4 minutes until it looks a bit foamy. Pour it over your popcorn and peanuts and mix to coat everything. Bake at 250 for about 1 hour, mixing every 15 mins. Store in an airtight container for 2 weeks! Enjoy
