SMU quarterback Kevin Jennings left the game with an apparent injury during the first quarter of the Mustangs’ game against Louisville on Saturday. He was able to return on the next drive. It occurred on a 22-yard quarterback scramble.

The win over Louisville was SMU’s first against an AP top-25 team since defeating Tulane on Dec. 2 in the AAC championship game.
