Bob Odenkirk is breaking bad. The “Better Call Saul” star has revealed that he only made the 2021 action movie “Nobody” because he wanted to impress his former “Saturday Night Live” colleagues.
“Nobody 2” opens with Hutch going through the motions of being a contract killer for the government while balancing being an involved dad and devoted husband. Though he feels he's found a way to manage both, Odenkirk tells TODAY.com Hutch knows that's far from the truth.
After 14 years in the 'Breaking Bad' world, Odenkirk hasn't looked back, but says he'd be up for one (or two) more 'Nobody' films.

In this sequel, Bob Odenkirk returns as an ordinary suburban husband and dad who’s an exceedingly skilled and very busy assassin.
Nobody 2 is a direct sequel to 2021's Nobody and is directed by Timo Tjahjanto. The film is written by Derek Kolstad and Aaron Rabin and it was released by Universal Pictures on August 15, 2025.
When I sat down with Odenkirk during the Los Angeles Nobody 2 press junket, I shared my curiosity about getting Sharon Stone on board for the movie. He luckily had a great story about how she joined the cast.
