The Los Angeles Dodgers had their World Series parade on Friday. It will go down as one of the most unforgettable moments in the organization's history. One moment in particular was simply amusing when Kiké Hernández called out Fat Joe.

Fat Joe has always been a proud New York City representative, so it was only right he accepted the opportunity to showcase his pride at Game 3 of the World Series. Just before the NY Yankees were set to face off against the LA Dodgers, the Bronx emcee stepped onto the field to get the crowd going with a special performance.

As the New York Post notes, Joe Torre, CC Sabathia, Gary Sheffield, Dave Winfield, and Derek Jeter, the latter of whom threw out the ceremonial first pitch, participated in pre-game festivities. Then there was Bronx native Fat Joe, who delivered renditions of “Lean Back” and “All The Way Up.”

Before the Yankees hosted the Los Angeles Dodgers in Game 3 of the 2024 World Series, Fat Joe gave a performance in the middle of the infield. It seemed to be an answer to the Dodgers having Ice Cube perform before Game 2. And, man, was it awful.
