Andy Byron, the CEO of Astronomer who was caught in an embrace at a Coldplay concert with the company’s chief people officer Kristin Cabot, has resigned his position.

Andy Byron went viral when Coldplay frontman Chris Martin called him out on a kiss cam at their Boston concert on July 16, 2025.

"The Board of Directors has initiated a formal investigation into this matter and we will have additional details to share very shortly," the statement read.
