Hurricane Milton: Understanding storm surge projections for Tampa Bay area

The storm is forecast to make landfall in Florida Wednesday night as a "dangerous major hurricane," according to the National Hurricane Center.
Hurricane Milton, which forecasters say poses an "extremely serious threat," is expected to roar into Florida tomorrow.
