SAN JOSE -- Macklin Celebrini scored twice in the third period and had an assist for his first three-point game in the NHL, and the San Jose Sharks defeated the Los Angeles Kings 7-2 at SAP Center on Monday.

Macklin Celebrini and Timothy Liljegren combined to score three goals in the opening 3:43 of the third period and the San Jose Sharks ended a three-game losing streak with a 7-2 victory over the visiting Los Angeles Kings on Monday.

Jake Walman had two goals was among the seven players who had two points for the Sharks, who set a new season-high for goals in a game and finished their homestand with a 2-2-0 record. The Sharks scored seven goals earlier this week in a win over the Los Angeles Kings.
