A fatal crash and resulting fire on Interstate-95 shut down the highway in Belcamp early Tuesday. According to Harford County fire officials, around 7 a.m., a tractor-trailer crash on northbound I-95 just north of the Riverside Parkway exit (80) caused a fire and left one person dead.
