Oklahoma pediatrician, Neha Gupta, is accused of murdering her 4-year-old daughter in Florida and staging her death to appear as an accidental drowning.

Oklahoma pediatrician Neha Gupta is arrested for first-degree murder in the drowning of her daughter in Florida.

Around 3:40 a.m. Friday, El Portal police officers responded to a 911 call of a child drowning in a pool at 156 NW 90 St. They found 4-year-old Aria Talathi unresponsive in the pool. Aria was taken to a nearby hospital by Miami-Dade Fire Rescue, where she was pronounced dead.
