Police said the driver of the car, Rodney Hinton Jr., is the father of a man who was shot and killed by Cincinnati Police in East Price Hill on May 1.

Upon arrival, they found a man in his 40s who had been shot. He died of his injuries at the scene, according to police. A suspect was found hiding in the nearby woods and was taken into custody.
