The committee has released its second crack at the top 25, and it's (almost) all Big Ten at the top. That might seem a bit strange to the conference that boasts the most playoff-caliber teams, the most non-conference wins against other Power 4 leagues and Paul Finebaum there to remind everyone just how angry they should be at this affront to good judgment.
