A tip led to the arrest of an Anderson County man for the distribution of child pornography. The Anderson County Sheriff's Office said deputies received a tip regarding child pornography being distributed from a home on Kingston Drive in Pelzer.

Truliant opened a new branch Jan. 22 in Mauldin, as part of the credit union’s ongoing expansion into the Upstate. The branch is located at 513 N.
