Earlier this week, early voting started in the Houston City Council runoff against Alejandra Salinas and Dwight Boykins.

Early voting in Harris County begins Monday, Oct. 20, and runs through Friday, Oct. 31, giving residents nearly two weeks to cast their ballots ahead of Election Day on Nov. 4.
