Saudi Pro League side Al Nassr are relentless with their recruitment and have stepped up with a €65 million bid for Brighton & Hove Albion attacker Kaoru Mitoma. The Saudi League club has been pushing for new additions, closing a deal for Aston Villa’s Jhon Duran, and now their radar has turned them to the Brighton winger.
Mitoma is now the outright highest-scoring Japanese player in Premier League history, with 15 goals, moving one clear of former Leicester City striker Shinji Okazaki. Mitoma also got an assist on Sunday at Old Trafford, taking him to 12 in his Premier League career, double the total of any other Japanese player.

Al-Nassr are ready to offer a package worth $112 million for Kaoru Mitoma after seeing an opening bid rejected by Brighton. The initial offer, worth $67 million, was rejected by the Seagulls but Mitoma is the first choice at the Saudi Pro League side as they look to strengthen their options on the wing.
The wily Seagulls midfielder bundled the south coast side ahead in the second half at Manchester United. And with it, he became the Premier League's highest-scoring Japanese player ever. That's now 15 for Mitoma and we're going to go out on a limb and say that record will be extended in the seasons to come.
Brighton are 'reluctant to sell' Kaoru Mitoma despite expecting a monstrous £90million bid from Saudi Arabia, according to reports.
