DELAND, Fla. — Police in DeLand said an Orlando man is facing charges after a possible road rage shooting. Officers said 22-year-old Daniel Duarte is facing several charges after shooting at people over the weekend. The shooting happened early Sunday morning on North Woodland Boulevard and New York Avenue.
