Pulasan is the second typhoon to make landfall in China this year, following Typhoon Bebinca, the 13th typhoon of the year, which churned ashore at Shanghai's Lingang area of Pudong district on Monday. Its intensity is forecast to gradually weaken as it moves inland, said the Zhejiang meteorological observatory.
