And, in fact, a separate Harvard task-force found that Muslim, Arab and Palestinian students have felt “abandoned” and even “actively suppressed and repressed”. None of that diminishes the seriousness of the problem of antisemitism on elite campuses as documented by Harvard’s task-force and by one at Columbia University,

Harvard could choose to either keep fighting or seek a deal with the administration. Its leaders are starting to realize that any path will very likely change the identity of the school.

Harvard president Alan Garber needs to understand he’s up against a ruthless opponent who will concede nothing.
