A man who injured a flight attendant while trying to exit a plane during a mid-air flight from Milwaukee to Dallas has been identified and federally charged. An unruly passenger accused of trying to force open a plane door and injuring an attendant mid-flight last week – prompting fellow passengers to duct-tape him – has been charged in federal court, a federal prosecutor’s office said.

Several passengers stepped in to help and held the man down, ultimately duct-taping his wrists and ankles, while the pilots landed the plane safely.
