On Saturday in the Euro 2020 final, the Italians defeated England in a penalty shootout to become the undisputed kings of the continent. The win is Italy's second ever Euro title and first since 1968.

And it just had to be because of a penalty shootout. Italy won the European Championship for the second time by beating England 3-2 on penalties on Sunday. The match finished 1-1 after extra time.

England are favorites to win 2020 UEFA Euro final. On Sunday, England fans will be hoping that "football's coming home" as London's Wembley Stadium hosts the 2020 Euro final (3 p.m. ET on ESPN).
