The Monongahela Incline in Pittsburgh is stuck with about 20 passengers on board Saturday afternoon, officials said.
Rescue crews from the Pittsburgh Department of Public Safety used ropes and a ladder truck from the fire bureau to reach and guide passengers to safety from the two stalled incline cars.
