Kejriwal had challenged the summons issued by the magistrate court after taking cognisance of two complaints filed by the ED for avoidance of summons issued to him. He was granted bail after he appeared before the magistrate court.

A court on Tuesday dismissed former chief minister Arvind Kejriwal's two petitions challenging the summons issued to him on complaints filed by Enforcement Directorate (ED) in a money laundering case related to the alleged irregularities in the formulation and implementation of the now-scrapped Delhi Excise Policy 2021-22.
