Westbound I-10 is shut down at 75th Avenue after a man was shot and killed on the freeway, Phoenix Police Department officials said.

PHOENIX — The westbound lanes of Interstate 10 in central Phoenix have been closed due to law enforcement activity. The Arizona Department of Public Safety said Monday afternoon the closure is occurring near 19th Avenue at milepost 144. Drivers should seek an alternate route.
