At least 27 campers and counselors were killed at Camp Mystic during the devastating Texas floods. Some are still missing.

The death toll in the Hill Country of Texas is now over 100 people across six counties. In Kendall County, residents are stepping in to help.

As the urgent search continues, questions and calls for accountability are growing as to how many of these communities were caught by surprise. Many are also questioning why neighborhoods and camps along the Guadalupe River were not told to evacuate earlier.
