The nor’easter impacting the tri-state area is bringing strong winds, heavy rain and the risk of significant coastal flooding to parts of Long Island and New York City through Monday morning.
A state of emergency has been declared for New Jersey starting Saturday night as a dangerous nor’easter is expected to deliver high winds, heavy rain and flooding at the Jersey Shore. The state of emergency takes effect at 10 p.m. Saturday and includes all 21 counties.
