MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s name will remain on the presidential ballot in swing state Wisconsin, a judge ruled Monday after concluding that candidates must remain on the ballot unless they die.

A Dane County Circuit Court judge has denied the removal of Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s name from the ballot in November’s election.

He made the claim at a campaign event for former President Donald J. Trump, whom he endorsed after ending his troubled independent bid for the presidency.
