The fourth week in the double-murder trial of Richard Allen began Monday with a testimony from a neuropsychologist, who told jurors that the Delphi man was genuinely suffering from severe mental illness when he confessed to killing Abigail "Abby" Williams and Liberty "Libby" German.

A white van that has come up in the investigation also returned to the conversation Monday as the defense team questioned an investigator and a local man.
