Ukrainian forces are using U.S.-manufactured HIMARS rocket systems to destroy pontoon bridges and engineering equipment in Russia's Kursk region, Ukraine's military said on Wednesday, targeting logistics in its major cross-border incursion.

For almost three years, the Russians have not succeeded in effectively organizing crossings over Ukrainian rivers, even during hasty attacks. In every case, it ended fatally for them. Recently, the Ukrainians destroyed another pontoon bridge on the Seim River.

A Ukrainian ace fighter pilot is at the center of the action once again, destroying bridge crossings in Russia's Kursk region. The goal is to block Russian forces from driving west and assaulting Ukrainian infantry units.
