Scottie Scheffler has reportedly committed to next weekend's AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, according to Ron Kroichick of the San Francisco Chronicle. The event will mark Scheffler's return to the PGA Tour after puncturing his right hand while preparing Christmas dinner.

Scheffler last played at The Showdown on Dec. 17, when he and Rory McIlroy defeated LIV Golf foes Brooks Koepka and Bryson DeChambeau at Shadow Creek in Las Vegas. A week before that, Scheffler dominated the Hero World Challenge for the second straight year, winning by six. His victory in the Bahamas marked his ninth win of 2024.

Scottie Scheffler will start his 2025 PGA Tour season next week at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am at Pebble Beach Golf Links in California. The San Francisco Chroncile cited a tournament source who indicated Scheffler had committed to the Signature event,

Scheffler had said at the start of the week the recovery was progressing well and he was eager to get back but that he wasn’t about to “rush back just to rush back.”

I’m definitely anxious to get back, excited to get back but I’m also not going to rush back just to rush back.”
