Officers arrested three of five fleeing suspects following a burglary near Small Grove and Ridge Valley on Thursday, according to the Irvine Police Department. Police said a homeowner noticed the burglary going on in their home before the suspects fled.

Jabez Actie and Amarion Rashaun Hammons were taken into custody on charges including first-degree murder with a firearm and attempted first-degree murder with a firearm.
