Three Cochran Firm attorneys are representing Jazmir Tucker's family in the aftermath of his shooting death during an encounter with Akron police.

A 15-year-old boy, whom authorities said was carrying a loaded firearm when he was fatally shot by police officers late Thursday, was a ninth-grader at North High School, according to Akron Public Schools.

Akron's leaders are urging restraint and patience until the Akron Police Department and the city administration release more information that could shed light on the fatal police shooting of 15-year-old Jazmir Tucker.
