Netflix has axed two of its spring originals — the medical drama “Pulse” and Shondaland murder mystery “The Residence,” TheWrap has learned. As for “No Good Deed,” the streamer has yet to make a renewal decision about the show starring Ray Romano and Lisa Kudrow.

Netflix has reportedly canceled The Residence after just one season. The Shondaland comedic murder mystery, which premiered on March 20, 2025, starred Uzo Aduba and Giancarlo Esposito among an ensemble cast.

Season 3 amassed 60.1M views across all six episodes, breaking the streamer’s record for most views for a show in its first three days. It was easily the most-watched title of the week and has already landed on Netflix’s most popular non-English TV show list at No. 9.
