The man who allegedly stole a Gucci bag loaded with cash from Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem was sitting at the table next to hers, according to video of Sunday’s incident reviewed by Secret Service investigators.

The suspect believed to have stolen DHS Sec. Kristi Noem’s bag full of money sat next to her at a burger joint and inched the bag away with his foot.

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem’s pricey Gucci bag was stolen with $3,000 in cash inside during a dinner outing at a Washington, DC, restaurant Sunday night. Noem, 53, had been dining at The Capital Burger about one mile northeast of the White House.
