Lainey Wilson brought the cowboy boots and country flare to the New York Giants vs. Dallas Cowboys game on Thanksgiving. On Thursday night, the country star performed a medley of hits as she was joined by Jelly Roll for a rendition of their collab, “Save Me.”

That being said… it still was no Dolly Parton halftime show.

Kelly Clarkson, who has showed her appreciation for Lainey in the past, took to her Instagram story to share her own reaction, writing, "Hell yes @laineywilson you are a badass! Halftime show was so freakin' incredible!"

Midway through Wilson’s performance she tossed her guitar off stage and was joined by fellow country music star Jelly Roll for a duet performance of “Save Me”. Jelly Roll was nominated for the 66th Grammy’s Best New Artist award, along with being the first musical guest on the 50th season of NBC’s Saturday Night Live this fall.

This year, they went with another country superstar with Lainey Wilson performing for the crowd. While she was the expected performer, Jelly Roll made a surprise appearance as the two did a duet of the song, ' Save Me '. Dallas went into the half with a 13-10 lead in a game that hasn't featured much offense.
