More than 200,000 people swarmed Green Bay for the opening day of the 2025 NFL Draft on April 24, an impressive start to a historic event in the city.

The NFL expected 250,000 fans throughout the three-day event. The draft events are taking place in and around Lambeau Field. Detroit Lions President Rod Walker threw shade at Green Bay earlier this week, saying the city had no chance of coming close to its 750,000 attendance record last year.
