US President Donald Trump and other world leaders signed the first phase of the Gaza ceasefire agreement during a summit in Egypt after Israeli hostages and Palestinians prisoners and detainees were released.
The meeting in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt, could expedite an end to the Gaza war, but regional powers must still resolve the thorny details that have stymied negotiations.

Indonesia is believed to be the only Southeast Asian nation attending the summit on the Gaza war agreement, and one of the few attending countries that has not established diplomatic relations with Israel.
