In the second round, Detroit traded up and took Georgia offensive guard Tate Ratledge with the No. 57 pick. The Lions then traded up in the third round to take Arkansas receiver and Michigan native Isaac TeSlaa with the No. 70 pick.

Heading into the 2025 NFL Draft, the prevailing thought was that the Detroit Lions would seek a pass rusher who would play opposite of star Aidan Hutchinson. But the organization has yet to address that need with their first three picks. "We're not going to chase a position," general manager Brad Holmes reiterated Friday.
