Good Morning America exclusively announced on Monday that "The Fate of Ophelia" singer will release both a six-episode docuseries, The Eras Tour | The End of an Era, following around her highly successful Eras Tour and a final Eras Tour concert film, The Eras Tour | The Final Show, on Disney+ on Dec. 12.

On the heels of Taylor Swift's latest album, The Life of a Showgirl, and its accompanying in-theater cinematic release, the star is taking a look back at her record-breaking Eras Tour accomplishments.
