The federal operation at Glass House Farms near Camarillo drew dozens of protesters who clashed with federal agents on a road surrounded by farm fields and greenhouses northwest of Los Angeles.

Retired Camarillo wrestling coach Ronald Wilson was arrested July 10 on suspicion of sex crimes involving more victims, the Sheriff's Office said.

The operation began when immigration agents surrounded large greenhouse facilities in Camarillo and Carpinteria Thursday and, after presenting warrants, began entering buildings. The result was hours of chaos, particularly at the company’s Camarillo outpost.
