Floods latest: Barcelona and Catalonia return to normal after torrential rain
Catalonia is bearing the brunt of the heavy rain on Monday in Spain, with cars floating on motorways, Barcelona's airport flooded, all trains suspended, metro system issues and more shocking footage just days after the devastating floods in Valencia.
