WEBHero. @Mack232323 Moving the Electronic Arts folder shouldn't be a problem. The game will create a new one, with a new Sims 4 folder inside, if it's able to launch at all. Try running the takeown command on your Documents folder. First, run a Windows search for "Command Prompt," open it, and enter this command:

WEBIf Sims 4 works in the new account, it means the problem is contained to your old account. You can simply continue playing in the new account if you want. For any saves or other user data you'd like to transfer to the new account, sign into the old account again and copy the relevant files to C:\Users\Public.

WEBI thought that the update might help, but it didn't. I am not able to play Sims because of this problem. Restart and Cheats are not helping, also created a new game and delete the config file. Also controlled the file in origin and repaired it. I really hope, that someone could help me so that my sims are able to do anything.
