I've had a couch from Rooms to Go since 2016. It so far has held up great despite me never using conditioner. The padding as expected is more flat, but not nearly worn out.

WEBCheap out on the outdoor wicker furniture. None of it lasts. Worth it to buy a good outdoor table. You can get many years out of it. For chairs we bought them separately for like $50 a piece. That way we can easily replace if one goes. I would suggest not using cushions on the chairs if at all possible.
